I’m quite fond of our “ !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! ” revision, but I can’t say this didn’t make me laugh when I saw it. The rule knows no borders, language or other confines of space, time and occasion. It is universal. It must be obeyed.

As much as we blame BMW drivers, just so many drivers in general, because you’re right, it is easy. Cops, even in busy places, can be few and far between, so a lot of people don’t get caught for speeding or swerving across three lanes of traffic or running reds.
